The eekhoe app is available for free for both individual users, as well as company employees who are interested in adopting the platform.

No worries! They are still able to receive your card and your contact information. However, we do have to point out that without the eekhoe application, the card will be static and will not be as interactive as what you have experienced with our carousel slider feature. To make the process more interactive and effortless for them, we recommend that they download the app as well. 😉

We recognise your privacy and we have implemented a consent-based sharing feature. If your card details are being shared by any of your existing contacts with an unknown 3rd party, your information remains unshared until you have given permission by accepting the request. You also have the option of declining the request to maintain your privacy.

Go to My Cards, select the private card you want to share, and send them your card using the Share function! In fact, we encourage individuals and companies to use eekhoe’s share function during this coronavirus pandemic, to maintain proper hygiene and social distancing protocols.

If you would like to edit the information in your private card, go to My Cards, select the private card you want to change, press the Edit function and edit away! Feel free to edit whenever you want! For individuals who wish to change their corporate card details, please contact your HR or refer to the question below.

If you would like to edit the information in your corporate card, you would have to go through your company. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. According to our Corporate Safety Practice, company-issued business cards are essentially company assets and therefore any changes to the card details must comply strictly with the official channel approved by the designated approved department from the company e.g. HR, Procurement, etc.

No, all changes to the card details will not be charged.

Yes! eekhoe was designed so that you can access and store all your cards in one centralised platform. However, corporate cards are only given upon the discretion and permission of your company.

Each user is assigned 1 individual private card. The details of which you are freely edit anytime. If you are an individual business owner, you can contact us to have your corporate card created to be used for your branding needs. There is no limit to the number of different corporate cards you can possess to match your different individual business.

Unfortunately, the design of the private card will be centrally managed by eekhoe; this means that every private card will have the same look and feel. Card design is only made available for corporate companies.
